How do you feel about the role of surgical simulators in surgical training?

Tell us if you see surgical simulation as a valuable tool for ob/gyns
I think simulation serves a useful purpose and I see value in them.
I think simulation is valuable for certification maintenance and/or new equipment training
Surgeons need better training but simulators are not the entire answer.
