Dr. Rosenblatt demonstrates the use of a new hand-activated advanced bipolar device, the HALO™ (Hand Activation for Laparoscopy and Open) PKS™ Cutting Forceps. The HALO™ PKS™ Cutting Forceps is the latest advancement in the PK® technology platform that provides the surgeon with hand activated control in one ergonomic handle. In this Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy procedure, the HALO is used to coagulate and divide the pedicles. The PKS™ PlasmaSpatula®, an advanced bipolar cut and bipolar coagulation device, is used for the colpotomy.
