Diabetes drugs improve fertility in women with PCOS and normal insulin sensitivity
The insulin-sensitizing drugs metformin and rosiglitazone increased the number of ovulatory cycles six- to eightfold and ameliorated hyperandrogenemia in nonobese women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and normal indices of insulin sensitivity.
