We spoke with Editorial Board member Ilana Cass, MD, about her opinion of her state's latest abortion restrictions.

The Fetal Life Protection Act was part of a $13.5 billion budget bill in New Hampshire. Gov. Chris Sununu signed "the most regressive anti-reproductive health care budget in New Hampshire history, ignoring public opinion and opposition from more than 200 of the state’s leading medical experts," according to a recent release from Planned Parenthood.

The law is slated to take effect in January 2022. Get Cass' take on what this means for providers.
